APV offers a number of products for various types of Hose Manufacturing. We offer a full line of Marking Inks for DOD Ink Jet Printers, Offset Inks for contact printers, and Striping Inks for a solid colored stripe. For rubber hose manufacturers, we offer water-based mandrel lubricants, cements, and marking inks. For woven fabric hoses, including high pressure hydraulic hoses and fire hoses, we offer a full line of hose dyes or paints, available in any color. These fast dry formulations provide bright, vibrant colors as well as excellent water and fungus resistance. Custom products are also available.

APV's Cure Indicator Temperature Sensitive Ink

Cure Indicator Temperature-Sensitive Ink is a solvent-based ink designed to be gravity-fed through a Beugler© striping wheel or offset printer to differing rubber substrates. This produces a continuous ink stripe, of a selected width, onto a hot extruded hose or tube. When the uncured product is wound onto spools to be steam-cured in an autoclave, the red pigment in the ink changes to white to indicate that the marked rubber has reached the desired cure temperature.
