BPA and PVC free FDA grade can coating

05-22-2008 - Akron, OH - APV has developed a Bisphenol A (BPA) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) free can and coil stock coater that meets FDA food contact requirements. This new product was developed in response to the growing demand for a high performing alternative to coatings containing PVC and BPA – chemicals which have recently come under fire due to health concerns. The product is designed to coat over ETP, cold rolled steel, or aluminum and applies under normal operational conditions.
