APV manufactures a large range of water-based black tire paints. You determine the finish you need from flat to semi-gloss, and APV's black tire paints will provide excellent coverage, even over chalk or crayon marks. The water based formula is environmentally friendly and contains no volatile organic content or other hazardous ingredients. Various applications such as spray, brush or swab are appropriate. Spraying, using conventional equipment, is recommended for best results.
