APV's line of pre-cure outside tire paint, also known as OTP, aids the tire production process. This water-based paint is used on unvulcanized rubber tires and other rubber surfaces, including sheet rubber. The product produces an easy and clean release from the mold/curing press. It prevents all blemishes and the creation of lites, which are created by poor rubber flow. The pre-cure paint creates space, which improves air-bleed and provides a uniform fluid flow. As a result, the finished tire has the aesthetic of a new tire.

By using this paint, our customers have experienced a dramatic reduction in tire defects and waste. APV's water-reducible pre-cure tire paint can even enhance cycle times.

P-9346 is a higher adhesion version of the P-9992.
