Inspection Markers

Dot Markers are typically used in tire manufacturing to denote high point, conicity, and pass/fail marks. The marks or dots help to assure synchronization of the tires during the rim assembly process and when mounting a tire. Available in water-base or solvent-base, Dot Markers are applied by hand or installed in a balancing/uniformity machine. The product is offered in three different sizes:

• Small (5-8mm.)
  
• Standard (10-13mm.)
  
• Extra Large (XL) (18-23mm.)

The average number of dots produced by each marker (with normal use is) aproximately 5000 dots and are available in 3 sizes: small, standard and extra large.
