APV manufactures many customer-owned formulas of both solvent and water-based cements, and specializes in off-site cement production. We have the capacity to produce HAPs-free, low Volatile Organic Compound, and no Volatile Organic Compound cements.

In fact, APV has formulated an impressive lineup of water-based cements to replace the traditional, solvent-based ones. With the use of solvents being eliminated due to harmful volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, we have expanded this water-based product line to meet the growing demand from our customers for 'greener' alternatives.

It's important to note that substantially less compound is needed when using a water-based cement, compared to a solvent-based. This alone results in tremendous cost savings for our customers. With its excellent high adhesion values, no or low VOC content, and no health or fire hazards, APV's line of custom water-based cements are a very attractive alternative.
