APV has formulated a most impressive line-up of water-based cements to replace the traditional solvent-based cements currently being used universally. These cements will become more important as the government regulates the use of solvent-based products and eliminates them. These solvent-based products emit volatile organic compounds (VOC's) which are harmful to the environment.
