Very much a custom cement, this product replaces conventional solvent-based bead dip baths for applying an even coating of cement to coated, but uncured, bead rings. Rings are dipped in exactly the same manner without noxious fumes and emissions from the tank.
The bead dip cement needs to be consistently and slowly agitated to keep the active constituents in suspension. Instead of topping with neat solvent lost due to evaporation, only check the pH balance daily and add some pH balanced de-ionized water. Our L-400 solution perfectly provides the ability to maintain the correct pH balance.
A plastic or stainless steel tank (with st.steel welds) should be used as a container. The iron molecules in ordinary steel tanks will coagulate the latex in the cement.
