Production
Production positions include skilled positions as a three-roll paint mill operator or 2-roll rubber mill operator. These positions require previous experience.
Ball mill operators, paint fillers, can cleaners, and other entry-level positions require no previous experience.
Sales and Marketing
The sales and marketing areas cover both inside and outside sales positions. Previous experience is preferred in the paint and coatings industry. Higher-level positions require more extensive experience in the industry with a proven track record.
Shipping and Receiving
Positions include shipping and receiving personnel, inventory control, and inventory management. Higher-level positions require a working knowledge of raw materials for the industry and a working knowledge of DOT regulations for paint and coating-related materials.
Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance includes entry-level technician positions as well as formulators, chemists, and support staff. Higher-level positions require a four-year degree and previous experience in the paint and coatings industry.
General Support
The positions are administrative in nature and include the following tasks or departments: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales, Shipping, and Quality Assurance. Good communication and computer skills are required. Higher-level positions may require more extensive knowledge and experience in the disciplines.
