REAL PROTECTION
Health Insurance:
Current coverage is provided by Medical Mutual.

Prescription drugs:
Prescription and benefits are $10/$30/$50% for Generic/Brand/Nonformulary and 20/70/125 for a 3-month mail order.

Group Life Insurance provides $15,000 coverage from Medical Mutual for each full-time employee. The waiting period is the month in which you are hired plus the next full month. For example, if someone is hired on October 15th, the waiting period is the rest of October plus November with the benefit beginning December 1st.

Voluntary Benefits:
Voluntary Benefits can be purchased through Colonial that include but not limited to: accident/long-term illness income coverage, life insurance coverage, and disability income (short-term and long-term)

REAL LIFE BENEFITS
Vacation and Holidays:
The company provides 1 week of vacation after 1 year of employment. There are eight paid holidays a year.

1 -- 1 week

2-9 -- 2 weeks

10-14 -- 3 weeks

15-19 -- 4 weeks

WEALTH BUILDING BENEFITS
401 K Plan:
Employees have the option to participate in the plan, which may defer up to 25% of pretax earnings. APV offers a standard 5-year vesting after the initial waiting year for eligible employees.

Tuition Reimbursement:
Employees are paid 100% for a grade of B or higher upon substantiation of payment and grade received. Courses must be already related to the requirements of the job or relevant to the business. Employees must have one year of continuous service to be eligible.



Benefits
