Water-Based, Post-Cure Repair Paint

In new tire and retread production, Repair Paint is used on cured rubber in the final finish and inspection stage. Repair Paint improves the overall appearance by hiding or masking minor imperfections or repairs on a tire sidewall or tread surface. Spray-applied with an atomized spray gun for an even, smooth coverage, Repair Paint eliminates blemishes, scratches, chalk, crayon marks, and more on new tires. The paint also revitalizes retreads, giving them a clean finish that mirrors the look of brand-new tires.

Water-Based, Post-Cure Sidewall Protective Paint

Sidewall Protective Paint is used in the final finish stage of production on cured white lettering to maintain aesthetics and protect against staining. This product has been proven to eliminate staining caused by stacking tires during shipping, storage, and handling.

Graphics and Decals

Our water-based Stencil Ink enhances the appearance of race tire sidewalls, hoses, golf grips, and other cured rubber products that require a logo or brand name. Specifically formulated for cured rubber compounds, Stencil Ink is easily applied with HVLP or conventional spray equipment.

APV screen-printed Decals are a high-resolution, long-lasting alternative to traditional spray applications and are widely used in race and specialty tire production. Designed for application on cured rubber surfaces, these decals are applied using a post-cure heat transfer process that utilizes time, temperature, and pressure to ensure optimal adhesion and durability. Originally developed for race tires, APV decals are also ideal for tires on lawn and garden equipment, ATVs, golf carts, and any application where clear, professional brand recognition is essential.
