Michael Couchie has decades of experience at APV Engineered Coatings guiding new product development, sales, and marketing.

Lon Bauer, Product Development Manager of APV Engineered Coatings, has over 26 years of expertise in the chemical and coatings industry.

Jarrod Wise, Chemical Engineer at APV Engineered Coatings, received his degree from the University of Akron in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in polymer engineering. Jarrod plays a major role in research as well as the commercialization of prototype developments from design to scale up stages.

Greg Marty, Development Chemist, has over 40 years of experience in the coatings industry.  In his early years, he was formally trained at a printing ink company called Thiele-Engdahl, where he progressed from lab technician to plant manager.

The Late, Mr. Hugh Barrett, was a well-respected technical consultant with APV Engineered Coatings from 2002 to 2021. He had a vast chemical engineering background and was instrumental to the company in formulating for unique coating challenges.

With over 13 years of business management and sales experience, he is committed to building customer relationships and being a resource for clients’ needs as a Technical Sales Representative.
