Performance Review
APV monitors our performance on meeting specifications, labeling, certificates of analysis’ and on-time deliveries. We use this feedback for continual improvement practices, which is reviewed regularly by our Quality Committee for checks and balances.
Deliveries
APV ensures every shipment has proper labeling, supplier lot numbers and is in compliance with safety and environmental laws. Certificates of Analysis’ (COA) are provided and Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accompany each shipment. Customers are notified in advance should we be unable to meet any of these requirements.
Product Retains
Sample retains are extracted from every batch produced for potential future evaluation. APV stores each retain sample in a temperature-controlled environment.
