BLOCKSEAL™ Liquid Flashing is a water-based product that seals window and door substrates in new and existing residential, commercial, and industrial applications. It is one of the few liquid flashing products to meet and exceed AAMA 714 standard. This product can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, including weathered wood, shakes, plywood, clapboard, primed metal, galvanized metal, urethane, polyester, adobe, brick, stucco, masonry, slate, and slab.
