Lon Bauer, Product Development Manager of APV Engineered Coatings, has over 26 years of expertise in the chemical and coatings industry. Over the course of his career, Lon has received two patents and developed commercialized chemistries including high-performance PVDF coatings under the brand NeverFade® Façade Restoration Coatings with Kynar Aquatec®, specialty bonding primers, functional coatings, textile treatments, industrial inks, adhesives and heat seal coatings for OEM and field-applications.
