ZEVOC® Cement
ZEVOC® is a revolutionary rubber cement engineered for superior adhesion in tread and splice applications. As the first patented water-based, zero VOC rubber cement, ZEVOC® delivers high-performance bonding without the environmental and health concerns associated with traditional solvent-based adhesives.
Used by retread manufacturers, ZEVOC® bonds exceptionally well to most compounds, eliminating air spaces and voids, ensuring a durable, long-lasting retread. The HAPS-free ZEVOC® is easily applied with a finely atomized air/fluid spray gun.

Bead Dip Cement
Used in new tire manufacturing, APV’s Bead Dip Cement is a water-based adhesive that cures in an autoclave.
Bead Dip Cement is applied by a dipping process in which it is poured into a plastic or stainless steel tank (with stainless steel welds), and bead rings are dipped into the cement ensuring complete coverage. Maintain the product for use by simply agitating the cement intermittently at a slow speed.
