What We Offer
- Striping Inks – Available in water-based and solvent-based formulations for coding and identification on uncured and cured treads, tubes, hoses and other rubber products; applied by gravity Beugler Wheel System, a pressure-fed Beugler Wheel, or a pressurized syringe.
- Marking Inks – A wide range of inks, including tire striping, defect marking, conicity marking, bead marking, stamping ink, cure indicator ink, and offset printing inks.
- Cure Indicator Ink – This solvent-based, temperature sensitive chemistry is for use on green rubber to indicate when a component is fully cured.
- Jet Printing Ink – Provides real-time coding and identification for inventory recording applications.
Striping Inks
APV striping inks, available in both water-based and solvent-based formulations, are designed for coding and identification applications and are easily detected by vision systems.
Available in high-viscosity, mid-viscosity, and low-viscosity chemistries, these inks include both high-adhesion curable inks for internal use between plies and non-curable inks for external use.
APV Striping inks can be applied to cured and uncured treads, tubes, and hoses using a gravity Beugler Wheel System, pressure-fed Beugler wheel, or pressurized syringe method.

HAPS-free
Marking Inks
We offer a wide range of marking inks, including water-based inks for tire striping, defect and bead marking, solvent-based stamping ink, cure indicator ink, offset and jet printing inks available in both water- and solvent-based formulations. These marking inks can be used for harmonic and conicity markings during tire uniformity testing, coding and identifying uncured bead rings, cure indication for green rubber, inventory recording and labeling, and alpha-numeric identification.

Cure Indicator Ink
Cure Indicator Ink is applied directly to uncured, extruded rubber hose or tube. After the uncured material is wound onto spools and steam-cured in an autoclave, the color of the ink changes from red to white. This indicates that the marked rubber has reached the desired cure temperature.
Cure Indicator Ink is applied by gravity-feed method through a Beugler® striping wheel or offset printer. It can be custom-formulated for specific equipment, application and performance requirements.

Jet Printing Inks
Jet Printing Inks are used in the tire and rubber industry for real-time coding and identification throughout the manufacturing process. Available in water-based and solvent-based formulas, Jet Printing Inks provide bright colors, high resolution, are fast drying and do not foul molds.
