NeverFade® Original Topcoat
NeverFade® Original Topcoat with Kynar Aquatec® PVDF resin is a field-applied, high-performance architectural coating engineered specifically for porous and flexible building materials.
Substrates
Stucco, EFIS, Vinyl, Masonry, Concrete, Fiber Cement, and Wood
NeverFade® Original Topcoat is water-based, low in VOCs, meets SCAQMD Rule 1113, and offers superior resistance to the harmful effects of UV degradation such as fading, erosion and chalking.
The Original Topcoat formula has good permeability, passes wind-driven rain testing, and demonstrates excellent elasticity under expansion and contraction (freeze/thaw). It also has exceptional resistance to algae, mold and fungal growth, dirt pickup, and stains.
NeverFade® Original Topcoat can be applied by brush, roller or spray. It unique formula has a self-leveling effect as it cures, eliminating brush and roll marks for optimum aesthetics.
