W-1500 Universal Primer
W-1500 Universal Primer is a multi-surface acrylic primer engineered for use with NeverFade® Original Topcoat.
W-1500 Universal Primer has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, is water-based and is low in VOCs. It provides excellent early water resistance and does not flash rust. It is often used as a barrier primer to block tannins and reduce efflorescence.
W-1500 Universal Primer is recommended for use on wood, stucco, vinyl, masonry, concrete, and fiber cement substrates. Contact APV Engineered Coatings’ Technical Department for approval and guidelines on application to other substrate materials.
